These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Taiyyar WhatsApp AI styling service ("Service") operated by Taiyyar ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Taiyyar is a WhatsApp-based AI personal styling assistant. You send photos of your outfits or wardrobe, and our AI provides styling suggestions, outfit ratings, and fashion advice through WhatsApp messages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Pricing & Subscriptions

Taiyyar offers the following plans:

• Free - limited styling requests at no cost
• Pro - expanded limits for ₹199/month
• My Stylist - unlimited chat + deep personalization for ₹299/month

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change with prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. For details on refunds, see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

4. AI Disclaimer

Taiyyar provides AI-generated styling suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes. Our recommendations are not professional fashion advice. You should use your own judgement when making clothing and styling decisions. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any advice provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send content that is obscene, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models
• Resell or redistribute styling advice generated by the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, AI models, and technology powering Taiyyar are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of photos you send us, and grant us a limited licence to process them solely for delivering the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taiyyar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing and ceasing to send messages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
